All of us want to live healthy in every possible way. Starting from food, to water, reducing bad habits and stress, but is this way of life affordable or not?
The main question is, can we lead a good life, without spending too much money, or is it a price we have to pay in order to be more healthy?
For example, meat is expensive, yet most of us love it. To be honest, all of us can survive without it, but it doesn't mean we have to.
You can simply buy smaller amounts of meat, maybe increase amounts of veggies, and there you go, the first step for a healthier life.
Cooking - this is something that will definitely save us some money, and yet will improve our health. All you have to do is buy some veggies and other food you like, and find some simple, healthy recipe and cook it. You don't have to be a chef in order to cook something tasty, simply find something you love, add ingredients or whatever you like, and that's it.
If you are in the position to do it, grow your own veggies. This is something that will do you only good, you will know that it is 100 percent organic and healthy, and you will not spend more money every day buying vegetables at the market.
So as you can see, you can lead some kind of “green living " and yet have money for some other pleasures.
